Venmar Systems is happy to provide 24 hours by 7 days a week coverage to SysCARETM customers.  The emergency paging service is only for support outside normal business hours.  For support during business hours, please call 314-428-2266 and dial -1- for support

Notice: This is a fee plus labor based service.  You will be charged a usage fee plus actual labor (normal time minimums apply) based on the following schedule:

Day Time Fee Labor Rate
Mon - Fri Midnight - 6:00am $100 Double Time
  6:00am - 8:30am $50 Time and a half
  8:30am - 5:30pm N/A N/A
  5:30pm - 10:00pm $50 Time and a half
  10:00pm - Midnight $100 Double TIme
Sat Midnight - 8:30am $100 Double Time
  8:30am - 5:30pm $50 Time and a half
  5:30pm - Midnight $100 Double TIme
Sun Midnight - 8:30am $100 Double Time
  8:30am - 5:30 pm $50 Double Time
  5:30pm - Midnight $100 Double Time

You can access the Emergency Paging Service by:

  1. Phone
    1. Dial our normal office number: 314-428-2266
    2. While the voice-mail message is being played, dial -1- for support.
    3. If no one answers, dial -2- for Emergency Paging Service
    4. When the message is finished, leave your name, number, and a detailed description of the problem
