Venmar Systems is happy to provide 24 hours by 7 days a week coverage to SysCARETM customers.
The emergency paging service is only for support outside normal business hours. For
support during business hours, please call 314-428-2266 and dial -1- for support
Notice: This is a fee plus labor based service. You
will be charged a usage fee plus actual labor (normal time minimums apply) based on the following schedule:

You can access the Emergency Paging Service by:
- Phone
- Dial our normal office number: 314-428-2266
- While the voice-mail message is being played, dial -1- for support.
- If no one answers, dial -2- for Emergency Paging Service
- When the message is finished, leave your name, number, and a detailed description of the
problem
